            It has been our philosophy that since we are a 100% customer-oriented service company, the only product we really have to offer is the caliber of our people. Our staff is composed of the sharpest, most dedicated and knowledgeable people in the industry.

We are most aware that law firms and corporations are, and have a right to be, demanding. Consequently, every single employee in the organization must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced and zero-mistake environment. We are only interested in people who meet our - and our clients' - high standards.

It has been and will remain the company's policy that it is a constant process to recruit and retain quality people at all times. Our owners and managers, as well as all employees, are constantly on the lookout for people who would like to invest their talents in an organization that recognizes and respects honesty, a strong work ethic, personal responsibility, and the ability to communicate.

We have been highly successful. Even in the midst of this low-unemployment economy, we can still attract quality people. The size of the company has boomed over the last few years, and we now have a staff of over 115; but many of our people have been with us for five, ten, or even more years.

Our turnover rate is extremely low, around 1%. It isn't easy to be hired at Parcels, and it's even harder to leave: employees like the work and the atmosphere, they are challenged, they are appreciated, and they also feel a sense of pride and accomplishment in working for "the best."
